Per-use API pricing
Sandbox is free. Production uses a fixed whole-cent price for each successful operation, with no Tvarka API subscription, monthly minimum or retrospective repricing.
What is metered

The method-specific whole-cent rate in effect when an operation completes is snapshotted into the immutable usage record and monthly statement. An enterprise order may agree another whole-cent rate for later operations. The public API and statement identify only the method and applicable rate.
- No charge for failed, cancelled or expired ceremonies.
- No charge for sandbox operations.
- Idempotent service retries do not create a second usage event.
- Later rate changes do not reprice completed operations.
- No progressive volume bands or fractional-cent month-end allocation.
- Prices exclude VAT; Lithuanian VAT is added where applicable.
Production onboarding confirms the enabled methods and their whole-cent rates
before credentials are activated.
